No. I don't think it's possible to get above 91 "Finish Percent" in this game: http://www.novelgames.com/en/colouring/

It's also not possible to get 5 stars in Icosihena Mines without using Life powerups

The Colouring Game issue has already been bugfixed, and @Novel Games made it possible to master all the games in human history by introducing coins and power ups.
