(オリジナル) I have seen the situation where the blue players run beyond the touch line and don't come back on the field (twice).
I believe this occurs when a blue player carries the ball across the Goal POST (decision of Goal vs Goal kick doesn't properly happen).
I have to admit I wasn't paying extreme attention - so I could be wrong about why it happens. But, so long as you tackle the blue player and pass the ball back into the field - game play continues. True, it does waste time (making it difficult to score 20+ goals).
