What is meant by Rows Bonus and Extra Pegs bonus? How does one attain these points?

If you get 2 rows of 4 pegs connected, you get a rows bonus. If you get a row of 5 pegs, you get an extra pegs bonus.

I don't get it

I can only think of one way to score the extra rows bonus (the last X dropped creates a T-pattern):

As for extra pegs, you could possibly have SEVEN Xs:
