Could you explain all the numbers appearing under one's user name

There are two numbers after the "star". I understand the first number but the second number seems to be unchanged and I have no idea what the second number is all about.
I understand the coins-awarded number.
Hence, there is only one number (the number after the "/" following the "star") that I don't understand at all.

That is the total number of stars you can get from all our games. When a new game is released, this number will also be increased by 5.
