The future of coin's value

Most currencies, including US dollar, halve in value roughly every 8 years. The first power up introduced was TIME power up in Lightning in 2019-09-18, which costs 200 coins and reduces time by 10 milliseconds. Therefore, the US dollar is expected to be half the value it was at the time in around 2027.

Currently, it costs $8 to buy 10000 coins, those 10000 coins could then be used to buy 500 millisecond reduction in Lightning. However, when the US dollar halves in value by inflation, then $8 will be worth only a 250 millisecond reduction in Lightning, as 500 millisecond reduction will cost $16. There are multiple potential ways that this could be handled:
1. Increase the cost of 10000 coins to $16, which will result in 500 millisecond reduction costing $16 for 10000 coins for 50 TIME power ups
2. Reduce the amount of coins bought for $8 to 5000 coins, which will result in $8 being worth only 250 milliseconds in Lightning, buying 5000 coins twice will cost $16 for 10000 coins for 50 TIME for reducing 500 milliseconds
3. Increase the cost of the TIME power up to 400 coins, $8 will still be 10000 coins but those coins could be used to buy only 25 TIME power ups which is 250 millisecond reduction, to buy 50 TIME power ups for 500 millisecond reduction it costs 20000 coins which is $16
4. Reduce the effect of TIME power up to only 5 millisecond reduction, $8 will still be 10000 coins for 50 TIME power ups, but that will only reduce by 250 milliseconds, to reduce 500 milliseconds costs 100 TIME power ups which costs 20000 coins which costs $16

Which of those methods is the most likely way that the cost of reducing 500 milliseconds in Lightning will increase from $8 to $16 as the US dollar loses in value?

I think that all coins should be free. I have no money as I blew it all on the ponies. I need to win novel games and master all games in human history.

We cannot make all coins free because that would mean coins would be worthless and would no longer be usable for buying power ups or licensing games.

Consider that if money grew on trees, it would be as valuable as leaves.

But if leaves were money, would they be more or less green?
