Trademark and Copyrights

We purchased a license for your Ghost Man Advanced game and now NAMCO Bandai Games is approaching us telling us we need to take it down because of Trademark and Copyright infringement of their PAC-MAN game. Any suggestions?

You can do two things: 1) change the pictures of the "ghost man" and the ghosts so that they do not like those in the pac man game. We can do that for you without extra charges; or 2) take the game down, and we will give you a full refund.
