This game is played with 2 decks of cards. First, 8 K's are dealt as the start of 8 tableau piles. Then 5 cards more cards are dealt to each of the tableau piles, the first 4 cards are dealt face down while the last card is dealt face up. The remaining cards form the stock pile. The stock cards can be turned on at a time to the waste pile. The goal of the game is to clear all the cards in the tableau piles, except the K's. The top card in a tableau pile can be moved to the waste pile if the top card of the waste pile is of a different colour and is one point higher or lower. When you turn over a A from the stock pile to the waste pile, you have two choices. One is to move a 2 of another colour from the tableau on it, the other is to set the A aside to the ace pile. The same is not true for A's in the tableau pile, as they can only be moved to the waste pile but not on the ace pile. After you have turned over all the cards in the stock pile, you can turn over several of the bottom cards in the waste pile to become the stock pile again. The number of cards you can turn over is the number of A's you have set aside to the ace pile. This process can only be done once. The more cards you clear, the higher your rank.
