I think they played all the games, not mastered them, because that would not be possible without cheating. (Icosihena mines is not supposed to be playable)

Sadied, you're right : some of the games need a lot of coins to be done...
Simon, at first I played some games to put a link towards them from my website (educmat.com). Then it became a challenge to get all stars !

Playing all the games in human history means getting at least one star in all of them. Perhaps Novel Games could use the power-up logs to find out how many games have been mastered without cheating and make a second leaderboard.
