My stars, coins, and status all disappeared, including the number of stars I've reached on my games. What happened I don't know, but any suggestions about this? I haven't deleted any data on this laptop so I'm at a loss here! Help?

@Cathy Rapicano The account you used when you sign in using your username and password will be different from the one you use when you sign in using facebook. There will be 2 different accounts. And so the coins, stars etc will all be different.
