Sometimes the title page of a game has stuff that isn't featured in the actual game.
Cup Stacking: The cups have no letters and the way they are stacked isn't seen in-game.
Mouse and Cat: There is no cheese on the grass, and the cat is floating on the water.
Tile Sliding Puzzle: Title screen is 3x3 when the puzzle is 4x4.
Tritris: Title screen shows multiple blocks floating, as well as smaller boards.
Hourglass Problem: Title page has empty hourglasses.
Protect Mission: The truck is on the green grass, when it can only be on the yellow road in-game.
Snowman Skiing: Title page has snowman with scarf and hat, and buttons on the eyes and torso.
Gaps Solitaire: Title page has face-down cards, all cards are face-up in game.
Landlords: Title screen has only 1 house on the piece of land, each land has 3 houses in-game.
Count the Cubes: Blue cubes in the title screen, they don't appear in-game.
Bouncing Letters: The letter b in the title screen's ball is lowercase. All balls in-game have uppercase letters.
Building Blocks: Title page has different shapes from in-game.
Darts: A dart in the title page is sticking to a wall, even though in the game they fall if they hit that wall.
Word Grid: Title page has unsorted words in lowercase, and uses 17 distinct letters.
Slimes: The shooter remains in a green area in-game, but is in a black area in the title page.
King Albert Solitaire: Title screen depicts 2 10◆s, this game only has 1 deck of cards.
Maze Solitaire: The title page depicts 2 Ks, even though they are discarded just after the cards are dealt.
Tower of Hanoi II: Title page rings aren't numbered.
Fandango Solitaire: An A card is depicted on a fan of cards, A's can only be in the foundation piles.
PATCHED:
Kakuro: Used to not show a line between 12 and 26 (now patched to 20) on the left side, and you can't get a sum of 26 with 3 different numbers.
Labyrinth Sudoku: The title page used to show

on the right side, which can't happen in-game because only each column must have precisely 1 of each number.

Word Transformer: The title screen shows lowercase letters in some of the yellow blocks, even though all the yellow blocks are uppercase in the actual game.
Montris: The title screen shows both blue J and orange J tetrominoes, even though the actual game has blue L and orange J. The shading direction is also inconsistent between the blocks.
Tower of Hanoy Solitaire: 4 of the 5 cards on the title screen use a rank or suit not in the game, improperly overlapping diamond card, and inconsistent shade of black in the cards.
Paper Bird: The title screen shows red and yellow birds, but the actual game has orange bird.
Word Scramble II: The title screen has 7 letter blocks but the actual game only has 5 letter blocks.
Candy Bags: Title screen has 9 types of candy, but the one on bottom left is not in the game, which only has 8 types of candies.
Penguin Families: Title screen depicts cyan scarf color, but the actual game uses red, green, and blue scarf colors.
Heroic Spiders: The spider orientation attached to rope is inverted compared to its orientation in actual game.
