This is a variation of tic-tac-toe popularized by the mathematician Ronald Graham, played using numbers. The objective is to be the first player to complete a line (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) of three numbers that sum up to 15. The first player exclusively uses the odd numbers (1, 3, 5, 7, 9), while the second player uses the even numbers (2, 4, 6, 8). Players alternate turns placing an unused number onto a 3x3 grid. Since each number can only be used once, strategic placement is key. It's important to note that the second player is generally at a disadvantage in this game; therefore, achieving a win as the second player, especially in a short amount of time, is considered a high-ranking achievement.
