(原文) Targeted Therapy (37 seconds to mastery) and Targeted Therapy II (84 seconds to mastery) are definitely possible without power ups when played rapidly enough. 0.084s (84ms) to mastery is a misspelling of 84s to mastery which has been bugfixed. And Number Twins is also possible without power ups when rapidly matching the pairs.
