Mastering All Games?

Is it possible to master every game without power-ups?

If not: What games are they?

Icosihena Mines is unplayable so it is impossible to master it without power ups.

How about Minesweeping Games? I can't even imagine sweeping 99 mines within 100 seconds without powerups. Are they impossible?

Classic Mines should definitely be possible without power ups since there have been already minesweeping speedruns of much less than 100 seconds. And the other games of mines should be similarly possible by professional playing. It seems like only @Novel Games can tell which games have never been mastered without power ups.

Targeted Therapy? It's IMPOSSIBLE to win in under 1 seconds, let alone half a second, it definitely needs power-ups. And Number Twins???

Targeted Therapy (37 seconds to mastery) and Targeted Therapy II (84 seconds to mastery) are definitely possible without power ups when played rapidly enough. 0.084s (84ms) to mastery is a misspelling of 84s to mastery which has been bugfixed. And Number Twins is also possible without power ups when rapidly matching the pairs.
